User Agreement and Public Offer

Two classes of what is provided

• Physical carrier — the Kovalev Mineral crystal, Modules M1–M8. A material object: it is made, assembled and sent to the recipient, including by cross-border delivery.
• Digital circuit — the University, the closed sections of the platform, subscriptions, mentoring and support. Educational and digital products: access to them opens in the personal account right after payment is confirmed, without shipping.

The two classes follow different ordering and delivery rules, so further on in the text they are named separately.

Official names — the platform's vocabulary

A number of entities bear two equivalent names: a service name and the one adopted in the ecosystem. Both are official and are used equally in documents; the legal meaning does not change with the choice of name.

• Product — also known as the Fundamental Artefact, also known as the Physical Key.
• Account / catalogue — also known as the Closed Repository, Initiation Circuit, Researcher's Passport.
• Leave a request · a manager will contact you — also known as submit a request for initiation · a University Coordinator will carry out verification.
• Price — also known as resource provision.

The rights holder defines the mineral as “the Primary Artefact, the physical core of our entire scientific ecosystem” (Vadim Kovalev).

What the subject of the agreement is called

One and the same object is named in three registers — consumer, brand and scientific-technical. All the names below are equivalent and denote one and the same thing:

The status of the object set by the rights holder is a scientific-production research sample of a closed community.

What the set includes

The set includes the physical mineral (Module 3) + its official Digital Twin, which opens levels T1–T3 in the Academy and the quests.Vadim Kovalev

The rule is common to all eight modules: each physical carrier comes with its digital twin, which opens the levels of that module.

The Digital Twin is an entry in the platform's registry linked to the module purchased. It opens in the personal account the corresponding chapters, quests, closed sections of the Academy and research materials. The twin is supplied together with the physical carrier and is not sold separately from it.

A higher module includes the lower ones: the top step is supplied as a set that includes all the preceding modules. The framework supply contract of “MineralKovaleva” (2023) says this of the top step of the line at that time — “it includes a set of all 9 modules presented”.

Initiation and obtaining access

The platform's personal account bears a second, official name — Initiation Circuit (also known as the Closed Repository, the Researcher's Passport). Both names are equivalent and point to one and the same space; in the interface and in documents they are used equally.

Accordingly, “leave a request” means submit a request for initiation, and “a manager will contact you” means a University Coordinator will carry out verification. The legal meaning of the action does not change: it is still an approach to the seller with the intention of placing an order.

What happens after payment

The order unfolds along two parallel paths — digital (right after payment is confirmed) and physical (logistics).

Right after payment is confirmed, the Digital Twin lights up in the personal account — the active key of the level: the corresponding chapters of “The Code of the Universe”, interactive quests, closed sections of the Academy and analytics open.

In parallel the physical mineral goes to the address; the dispatch status is visible in the personal account.

Price and currency

Prices on the platform are given in euro. The cost of the chosen level is visible before the order is placed and does not change after payment.

What you can pay with

An order is paid by a cryptocurrency transfer — USDT on one of the networks named in the invoice — using the details of the invoice the platform issues on the site at checkout, or the details a platform representative sends to the Buyer; the transfer amount, the network and the rate applied are stated in the invoice or given together with the details. The amount in USDT is the price of the order in euro converted at the official reference rate of the European Central Bank (ECB) EUR/USD, the latest published and received by the platform at the moment the invoice is issued or the details are sent (the date of the rate is stated in the invoice), rounded up to 0.01 USDT; for the calculation 1 USDT is taken as equal to 1 USD. If the same amount already stands in another invoice issued within the last 10 days, the amount of the new invoice is reduced by 0.01 USDT as many times as needed so that it matches none of those amounts. The amount named must reach the receiving account in full: network fees and the sender's service fees are not included in it. The transfer is sent on the network named in the invoice and, if the invoice names a comment (memo), with that comment: a transfer on another network or without the comment may not reach the receiving account. The receiving account may be held on a cryptocurrency exchange: it credits the transfer under its own rules and may hold it to check the origin of the funds or request information about the sender. Until it is credited, payment is not considered confirmed; the coordinator informs the Buyer of any delay in the order channel. A transfer received within 72 hours of the invoice being issued or the details being sent is counted at the amount named; after this period the amount is recalculated under the same rule for the day the transfer is received, so it should be checked before transferring. Payment is considered confirmed when the transfer has been credited to the receiving account and matched by the platform against the amount due.

Payment for an order is one-off. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or automatic renewals in the contract: without a new action of yours no repeat charge is possible.

A single pricing policy — without exceptions

There are no individual discounts, “special” prices or parallel price lists: the cost of a level is the same across the whole market for all recipients. Brand standards are fixed in the same way — including the name of the manufacturing company Planetary Alchemy and of the brand MineralKovaleva.

The eight levels form a Fibonacci series:

As a separate item above the ladder of eight stands “Wholeness” — 10,946 €. It does not replace a step of the ladder and is not part of it.

In the vocabulary of the ecosystem the same value is called the resource provision of the level. It is one and the same number, named in two languages. The price of the level is given in euro.

What the Seller is responsible for and how its liability is limited

The Seller is responsible for the order matching what was placed, for the physical part being handed to the carrier intact and on time, and for the paid digital access being open and working. The Seller's liability under the contract is limited to the cost of the paid order.

If fulfilment is prevented by circumstances beyond the Seller's control — a carrier delay, a failure of communications or payment infrastructure — the time for fulfilment is extended for the period needed to remove them, and the Buyer is informed of this. The obligation to bring the order to completion or to return the money remains.

Sovereignty of the development

…all the related materials were created by us independently, at our own expense and with private investment, within initiative closed research. From this follows a working rule of the project: the status, names and terminology of its developments are determined by the rights holder. External classifications do not apply to them automatically, and a change of terminology is the author's lawful right, not an admission of error.

Closed circuit

The project has two publication circuits, and their subject is different. In the open one — the class of substance and the physics of the class: sulphate crystallohydrates, cubic crystal system, hydrate network, the order of recording from phase transition to quenching. In the scientific volume and the patent materials — the composition, the formula and the regime numbers, with calculations and methods.

That is why the public pages carry a different subject, not a shortened one: the class of substance and the mechanics of the process, not the recipe of the sample. What is open and named directly: the scientific class of the carrier — sulphate crystallohydrates; the mechanics of the process, the instruments and the measurement procedure are set out on the pages Technology and Research, and the works of the scientific circuit are posted in preprints — with a date, a version and a permanent address.

Your materials

Diaries, artefacts, works, articles and studies created by a participant on the platform remain the participant's authorship. The platform receives the right to publish them within the ecosystem — in the open registry of knowledge, always with the author named.

The practical conclusion for a participant: open publication of a work within the ecosystem does not take away their authorship and does not transfer rights to the platform.

What is in force today and what is still being calculated In force: the participant's authorship stays with them; publication within the ecosystem does not transfer rights to the platform; the author's name stands at every publication — this rule works from the first day.
Being calculated: the shares and the procedure for deductions on commercialisation of an artefact are determined by the owner. Until the owner's decision, the smart contract formula above describes the intention, and no accruals are made under it.

On what terms an artefact lives in the common fund The rules under which a participant's work lives in the open registry of knowledge are four, and all four are about recognition, not money.
① Authorship stays with the person. Forever and without reservations: publication in the common fund does not transfer rights to the platform and does not make it a co-author.
② The name stands at every publication. Wherever an artefact is shown, quoted, continued or taken as a basis, the author's name stands next to it. This is the platform's obligation, not a courtesy.
③ The artefact is open. Other participants may read it, check it, repeat it, continue it and dispute it. What has once been opened cannot be closed retroactively — others are already building on it; one can always stop publishing new things.
④ Recognition is non-monetary. The author receives a name, a reference and a place in the common fund. No monetary obligations arise here for either side: the platform does not pay for an artefact, the participant does not pay for publication.
Outside the platform the author is completely free. Publication here is not exclusive: the same text, calculation or model may be published anywhere, sold, developed further and patented. There is one counter-request, and it is not a prohibition: if a work grew out of someone else's artefact of the common fund, name the one it grew out of.
How far production goes: up to a digital product — a drawing, a model, a file, a program, a set of parameters. Physical production to such a specification, and even more so work with biological material, are not part of this circuit: that is a different regulatory regime and a different responsibility. Both directions open separately, with a lawyer's opinion — this is a queue, not a refusal.

Rules for changes to the platform

The procedure by which the materials and structure of the platform change is set by the author of the project and applies to everyone who works on it:

All new improvements that supplement the content and do not destroy the basic logic may be made without prior approval. Changing the fundamental structure or removing elements: it is forbidden to remove or radically change existing blocks without verification. Before making such changes, an analytical note must be prepared describing exactly what is changed in the fundamental structure and why. The rule also applies to this document: material is added freely, removal and structural rearrangement — only after approval by the author.

Dispute resolution procedure

That is, the first step is always negotiation between the parties, and only then formal procedures.

Inner Code

The University's value framework, which a participant accepts together with access:

• Courage — “the ability to go into the unknown, to make decisions under 100% uncertainty and to take responsibility for mistakes”.
• Crystal Honesty — “above all with oneself. No self-deception, the ability to see the real facts and to acknowledge the limits of one's knowledge”.
• Will and discipline of the spirit — “the ability to hold the vector of movement when the first impulse of inspiration fades”.
• Faithfulness to one's word and to the Code — “an unblemished reputation, faithfulness to one's word and to the values of the Academy”.

A participant speaks in their own name

When telling about their experience — on social media, in chats, at meetings, in personal conversations — a participant speaks in their own name, not on behalf of the project. Their words remain their own experience and opinion: they are not the official position of the platform, a promise of a result or a public offer.
