Returns and cancellation
How to withdraw from an order, send goods back and get your money back. This policy supplements the public offer and applies together with it.

01 · Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from goods bought at a distance and make claims about goods of inadequate quality within the limits and time frames set by the law of the Buyer's country.

An order that has not been paid yet is cancelled with no consequences: until payment no contract is concluded and you are not bound by anything.
02 · How to apply
Write to the seller of your order and give the order number. If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, attach photos of the parcel and its packaging.

04 · Where the money goes
By the same method the order was paid. A USDT payment is returned to the same wallet or account the transfer came from, a card payment — to the same card. This is how payment system rules work, and it protects both sides.
Once the return is agreed, the seller sends the money within . The time it takes to arrive after sending is set by the bank or network the transfer goes through.
Payment for an order is one-off: there are no subscriptions, automatic renewals or repeat charges.
The returns and cancellation policy applies together with the public offer; the seller of an order is the party named on the payment page and under Company. The delivery procedure is described under Delivery.
