The Biological Code
Understanding the Conditions That Shape Human Vitality · Water • Minerals • Perception • Human Adaptation
Vadim Kovalev · First Edition, 2026

The author
Vadim Kovalev is an independent researcher with the Centre for Directed Self-Organization, Bali, Indonesia (ORCID 0009-0004-4403-3231). The book grew out of an interdisciplinary path — scientific inquiry, environmental observation, physiology, mineral systems and hydration research — and out of years of professional Muay Thai at international level, where recovery and adaptation are tested at the limit.
